Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aiseotool. By creating an account or running an audit, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Account

You must provide an email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We use Clerk for authentication; their privacy practices apply to authentication data.

2. Credits and payments

Audits consume credits, metered by the number of pages crawled and whether a competitor is included. Failed jobs are auto-refunded. Refunds for unused balances are available within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Digistore24 acting as merchant of record, depending on platform configuration.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use aiseotool to crawl sites you don't own or aren't authorized to audit. Don't reverse-engineer the service. Don't use generated content to defame or deceive.

4. Data and ownership

You own the audit reports. We retain operational metadata to run the platform. We do not train models on your audit content.

5. Connected accounts

The Visibility feature lets you optionally connect Google accounts (Analytics and Search Console) via read-only OAuth. You must only connect accounts and properties you are authorized to access. We use the data solely to show your own metrics back to you; our handling of it is described in the "Google user data" section of the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Unused credit balances within the refund window will be refunded.
