Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rivalist. By creating an account or running an audit, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Account

You must provide an email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We use Clerk for authentication; their privacy practices apply to authentication data.

2. Credits and payments

Audits consume credits. Failed jobs are auto-refunded. Refunds for unused balances are available within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or Airwallex depending on platform configuration.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Rivalist to crawl sites you don't own or aren't authorized to audit. Don't reverse-engineer the service. Don't use generated content to defame or deceive.

4. Data and ownership

You own the audit reports. We retain operational metadata to run the platform. We do not train models on your audit content.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Unused credit balances within the refund window will be refunded.
